The Sugar Bowl–Challenge 88–My Sketch

Well, it’s my turn to design the sketch over at The Sugar Bowl this time….

So nothing too strenuous, a nice simple sketch that can be dressed up or left plain!

The theme is a topical one too,Summertime,  and quite interpretative so you can be nice and creative!

For me nowadays, means school holidays….(I seem to have come full circle)

Just before the holidays is the time to say thank you to the teachers, and I had several to make this year, as Ava had two job share teachers this year, a classroom assistant and her deputy head was moving to a new school and Ava wanted to give her a card too!

So here are the multiples, all coloured identically in Ava’s school colours….I love the fact that we can use stamps and add the childs school colours as it makes things so much more special (I think anyway) 

However, I am just a little fed up with having to use soooo much ‘Chipped Sapphire’ ink!

So, here's what they looked like made up, they were all variations on this theme….

I do LOVE this little stamp….she does remind me of my Ava whenever I see her….and even more so when she is wearing an almost identical replica of her school uniform!

We are taking a break over the summer and so this challenge will last for 4 weeks instead of 2 whilst people wander off in search of the sun!

So I will wish you all a very good summer and I’m praying the rain stops for us all!
